I ordered the plotter from Europe, this being my first purchase from another continent I was being a bit worried, but the excellent service from UUNA TEK left me feeling very secure and satisfied. The free delivery took approximately a week from China to Poland, which I would consider fantastic.
The plotter itself is ready to use out of the box, has special additional tools for custom programming of the machine, for now only used with the default inkscape extension, but I'm excited for what's coming in the future.

Purchased another 2 machines after testing. I own another pen plotter and have timed the writing on both machines. The iAuto is 2x faster than my other machine which is perfect for what I need it for. Also, customer support is top notch and readily available via email or zoom.

I received the UUNA TEK 3.0 – A3 and was immediately impressed by the super-fast delivery: it arrived in Europe in just 8 days! The plotter came fully assembled—just plug in the cables and power it on. Installing the drivers and setting it up using the video guide took about 30 minutes, after which I started printing test SVG files from the manufacturer’s website right away.

I can't begin to say enough good things about the UUNATEK IAUTO, and UUNATEK in general. This is a quality device. It is very well made upon unboxing it I was pleasantly surprised with the weight and quality of the device. It is truly a commercial machine made for productivity there is nothing cheap or chintzy about it. I had some questions and need clarification on a couple of things and I must say UUNATEK's support is unmatched and they are very very helpful. The video includes the automatic paper dropping accessory which works very well too!
